Prof. Blok is Director of Science at Ecofys and holds a chair in Sustainable Energy at Utrecht University. He was a lead author for the Third and Fourth Assessment Reports of the IPCC. Björn-Ola Linnér is professor in Water and Environmental Studies and at the CSPR at Linköping University. He is actively involved in the international climate negotiations.
